Misplay from the 7GDL player: EX05 Leviamon couldn't activate his effect to pop the lopmon @ 9:23 His opponent needs to have MORE digimon and tamers than he does. 7GDL player had 3 tamers and a creepymon to his opponent's Mimi and lopmon. The EX06 Leviamon would work there tho.

@6:00 Blue flare should still keep turn. He starts turn at 1, pushes the ukko, gets memory for ukko, lui, and dual tamer so it puts then to 4 then lose the 4 from emperor but maintains turn at 0. Not sure it changes the outcome though

at the end he didn't pass turn for lucemon to do lucemon stuff. Other than that I think he played 7GDL pretty well and rapid was just playing waaaay too cautious for what the deck really does. That or digimon emperor really stuns that deck from it's shenanigans and 7GDL just has a HARD time against blue and yellow based decks this format from what I experienced

tbf like 90% of the time you are going to get 3 D-brigades of the top from tankdramon (even without counting all of the deck stacking effects) since basically all of the deck is just d-brigade or d-police. Dropping tank from brigadramon is just wild.

Magna needs an Errata. His protection should only last for the turn the security was removed. That would give the opponet at least a small chance to remove it on their turn.

Beelze needs to outspeed Magna and pop his little guys. Your plan would have worked if you saw all the pieces but it's a little complex to be reliant on.

3:28 the metalgreymon dies to dp depletion before the Rapidmon X's on evolve can trigger. Something I learned from the Automatic sim. Metalgreymon is 8k, Rapidmon -5k, then Rapid X -4k. 9k total dp depletion (unless you have an inherit that gives more dp during opponent's turn which I have not seen in any Machinedramon lists) Aura's are put into effect immediately it turns out. Quick way to deal with DNA decks with partition (like imperialdramon) it turns out.

Can't use the new Mirei to digivolve from hand, 0:47, 3:05 only grave. It's the main reason I prefer purple base over yellow base.

The Hammer Spark into Dragon Mode was fine because he had nothing in raising and he stunned Mirei. There was no possibility of retaliation. Even if he did something like Chaos Degrdation he would just partition out. Havnt hit play yet but assuming the Imperial doesnt have a garbage hand the game is already over.

much like how oppressive garuru was back in the day, it's all about if your deck has an answer to these kinda omni protections or boss mons. 7GDL is very toolboxy and have a lotta answers, but it can't answer to everything at once.

I agree in your opinion of Magna X, I consider that the design of that card limits the meta to only decks that have a natural answer to magna x, I like to play different decks but if I want to have a decent chance against magna I dont have a choice

Man, game 2 I had such a big brain plan of creepy block die then use delay and play out levia to pop magna x twice. Playing blanc out put me at more cards in play so I couldn't levia since I forgot about emperor. Feelsbad.jpg. also man why was I shuffling for so long? lmao, also we know we messed up memory in game 1. Oh hey, i also should have milled in game 2 when creepy blew up magnamon and it played out veemon from source.

Thank you, someone else who thinks Ukko is not ok. I truly feel it should be banned. The game just never needed searchers/mem support this generic. Most decks ranging from meta to rouge to fun casual deck already have their own good searchers and shyt the Ukko doesn't need to be around. They literally take away creativity away from deck building and everything just blues together and the unique builds go out the window for bad deck building by throwing Ukko in. It's lame and defeats the point of building. Like if you run Ukko I just assume you can't build decks, just my opinion of course. Tired of Ukko being in every fkin deck.

the black level 5 for Ragna is pay 2 to slot it under a level 5 or legend arms digimon to give an opponent's digimon start of main attack. the red level 6 is pay 3 to tuck under to delete a digimon with equal to or less than dp than it.

16:39 RaijiLudomon gives the opposing Digimon the effect “[Start of Main Phase] this Digimon attacks.” Since it’s a Start of Main effect, just like Davis and Ken, you choose how to order the effects. So he can attack first, then use the Davis and Ken effects afterward.

You’re right, Etemon does make Ragnaloardmon attack, and it looks like they realized that too, since it ends up doing that. The reason is because Ragna’s immunity is only on the opponent’s turn, while Etemon’s effect lingers until after the immunity ends. If Ragna’s immunity was on your own turn, Etemon wouldn’t do anything to it.
