The QR just links to the main website and the interface is completely unintuitive. So it's essentially unusable. I agree that a simple remote would be a bonus as the 'buttons' on the front of the clock work infrequently if at all. Poor.

Oh Roberts you were so near to it being a brilliant radio alarm but you were So far off. Way too fiddly but with the addition of either Alexa or a simple remote control would make it perfect. Come on Roberts make an updated version and you will be onto a winer.

Can't get screen working

I just found out that that you can listen to all BBC channels, 62 in total, on the PC in Foobar2000 outside of the UK at 96 kbit/s. Jesus. If everyone connected, their Akamai server would probably melt. Shoutcast was simpler, but maybe harder to scale to more clients because you can't distribute the load over multiple sv as easily. There is about 42 seconds delay on the 96k HLS, and 15 seconds delay on the 24k shoutcast, and 2 seconds delay on satellite. It still plays the pips with the massive delay.

There doesn't appear to be a headphone socket for wired headphones so I'm guessing only Bluetooth headphones may be used ?

I’ve watched the video, taken notes like I’m doing an exam and am more fluffy in the head 🤯 than ever!!! Tea ☕️! I need another cup of tea ☕️ , deep breath’s and maybe try again? If I can’t fix it tonight think I’m going to have to get some help from “somewhere”? But WHERE!? 😢😭

Hi, I am currently not getting clear reception for BBC Nottingham and Derby as I live in the West Midlands and I wonder if an external aerial Ward resolve this issue?

Also is the battery life better in this "L" version?

Just seems so old fashioned and cumbersome compared to setting up and finding radio stations/alarms on your own phone.
