At 83 Years of age I am very proud to be a Member of the Guild of St Stephen, also my Canon here in Jersey is our President and comes from the Diocese of Portsmouth. This year marks my 32nd Year as Special Minister of the Eucharist so I am very blessed that my Health is still good and I have just renewed for 3 Years. Have a great A.G.M.

Thank you from St Thomas Church Val Plaisant ,St Helier Jersey. We had a lovely St Stephen s Day Mass with 6 Altar Severs , many were Members of The Guild. As 2024 comes I will be into my 83rd Year and my Friend Francis is 84 years of age and lives close to the Church serving almost daily.

This Easter Sunday represents my 57th anniversary of becoming an Altar server. Easter Sunday 1966 sounds like a long time ago. I thank our Lord for this wonderful blessing, I still serve at every opportunity, my gift is sharing my experience with the young servers on our beautiful parish of St Antony’s in Forest Gate. May God bless you all and thank you for your service
