A hair mask is stronger than a conditioner. This helps towards dry and brittle hair. Shampoo first, hair mask, shampoo, and lastly conditioner. The hair mask is particularly supposed to be on during shaving, body wash, etc..

i use this 4-in-1 hair thickening shampoo (has aloe vera in it). I only shampoo every 2 days (2-3x a week), and I shower with cold water every day. I think my hair's also quite damaged and split, so I apply this damage-control hair serum to my scalp after I shower (I air dry, also I only apply it on the days I don't shampoo). I also have hairfall, and I think my hair is starting to thin (strands vary thickness sometimes). Can't be balding, I'm only 14. I don't comb; I'm trying to get this messy, fluffy hair look. I'm thinking about getting sea salt spray to add volume to my hair (although the shampoo already helps provide that I think)

If I don't wash my hair everyday, my hair becomes way too oily immediately the next day. "drink pure water" good luck with that with tap water or bottled ones.
