Al the largest studies (at 68,000 participants still fairly small) show vegans etc live shorter lives. -Michael Greger, MD FACLM has a good few videos on this. The Oxford Vegetarian Study P N Appleby 1 , M Thorogood, J I Mann, T J Key

I thought vegans didn't actually live longer, it's just that their lives are so dull, it just seems longer?

I take all of the above. But I take ubiquinol instead of co10. And I add 100mcg of K2 to my D3. Also note that creatine monohydrate has poor absorbtion and creatine HCL is much easier on the gut. And for omega 3 you'd want the triglyceride form. And for magnesium you want anything but the oxide form, i take magnesium citrate. 2 x 200mg (twice a day) works better than once a day 500mg.
@b.gazizoff
@b.gazizoff 13 күн бұрын
Great points, thanks for sharing! Ubiquinol is more bioavailable than CoQ10, which is important, especially, as we age. Adding K2 to D3 is smart for supporting bone and heart health👍🏻 While some find creatine HCL easier on the gut, monohydrate is still highly effective and well-researched. Omega-3 in triglyceride form is better absorbed than cheaper ethyl ester versions 👍🏻 Magnesium citrate is a solid choice, and splitting doses can improve absorption and reduce discomfort. Appreciate the input-it’s great to learn from each other!

Vitamin D3 is useless without vitamin K2.
@b.gazizoff
@b.gazizoff 15 күн бұрын
Not useless, but they definitely work better together! Vitamin D is still super important for immune function and calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 helps direct that calcium to your bones and away from arteries. Appreciate you bringing this up!

basicly BS video, this is like drink water and sleep well tips, you dont have a clue about biohacking and nutrition
@b.gazizoff
@b.gazizoff 18 күн бұрын
Hey, I get your point, but the basics like good exercise, nutrition, sleep, and hydration are actually the most powerful 'biohacks' backed by science. A lot biohacking lacks solid(or any) evidence. Vitamins like D, zinc, and omega-3s, etc. are well researched and proven to be essential for men's health. I focus on sustainable, evidence-based tips rather than trends. Open to hearing what works for you and your biohacks!

is it ok to buy a multivitamin instead of Separate vitamin B-12, 6, c ?
@b.gazizoff
@b.gazizoff 19 күн бұрын
Multivitamins are great for general health but might not provide enough if you have specific needs or deficiencies. Separate supplements offer more control-especially for energy (B12), brain function (B6), or immunity (C). It also depends on your diet, but both options work well. If you eat a balanced diverse diet, multivitamins can be enough! Let me know if this helps!

I dont really know what you mean but let me share my thoughts on this one. What you mean by trade is that when someone gives something to another person they unconciously expect some kind of graditude in return. Meaning thatyou atleast want to hear a thank you or hope that the donation you made will somehow enrich you someday in some kind or way. But the moment you expect something in return, its not a donation or a gift anymore. Meaning your purpose of giving smh to smn should always be to appeal God. But of course if you do not believe in god and only live for the sake of having a great time on this planet this will be quite difficult

That's a horrible advice for multiple reasons
@sanderbergheim2832
@sanderbergheim2832 Жыл бұрын
Hey man, gonna be blunt here. That is terrible advice for the most part. Im always gonna choose someone who asks questions and shows a genuine interest in learning over someone who says they know everything. First of all it is ALWAYS better to ask one question to many and get it right the first time than ask one to few and get it wrong because you are either afraid of asking questions because you dont want to look stupid. What you should look for instead like i said is someone who is asking question, how its done at whatever company, what tools you use etc. I just cant trust someone who isnt asking questions. And asking a question can spark positive thinking and new ideas on how to improve a product. Of course it comes down to what questions, if they seem completely useless and has no idea on what they are doing that is something else, but if they know 80% for example and you stick your hand out and teach him/her the last 20% and help them improve in a positive way i think it leads to a much more productive and loyal employee
