Fully agree Helga. During the long 18 years of cooperation, demands increased rapidly. Luckily, due to the automation warehouse systems, KATEK needn´t move to a new warehouse.

I worked with a Pick system. One was installed on an Intertechnic machine and the other was on an IBM RISC System/6000

I still have the question how the picker knows the location of the pick hit? I did not see any labeling… or light.

In this case, the picker identified the location using the display monitor, yet the Kardex system can also include Pick-to-Light and the new intuitive picking assistant.

I am absolutely impressed with this AutoStore Solution by Kardex! The level of efficiency and automation it brings to warehouse operations is amazing.
