This actor nearly made only disgustingly violent movies! What does that say about Hollywood and Americans?

Why does The Bridges of Madison County almost never gets its rightful place in top 10 Movies of Clint Eastwood In fact it may very well be in his top 5, no doubt

I watch Elvis movies with my grandgrandmother. I L8VE the 1960s aesthetics, I love the totally different feel they have. I personally find Elvis as a real person a bit weird and he was 24 when he dated a 14 year old. That's very creepy and has PDF vibes. He was a part of the same Industry that makes people line P. Diddy famous and powerful. I find it scary how naive his fans sound when talking about him.

Back in the 1980s I saw how the different channels, in my area, ran different versions of the Charles Dickens story and it became a personal, annual, holiday tradition to watch them all.

Red Sun is his greatest movie, by far. Greatest western ever, Charles was sublime, exuding toughness, and humour, and so very very cool.

None of the others come even close to Brokeback Mountain. No other character was as complex and deep as Ennis Del Mar and no other actor played a character with such subtlety and understanding as Heath Ledger. Ledger conveyed more with a look or a simple gesture than any of these other actors could with pages of dialog. He BECAME Ennis. All these movies are worthy of praise, but most of the characters are little more than everyday (gay) people.

First saw him in The Pope Of Greenwich Village, was blown away by the film, and the wonderful chemistry between Eric and Mickey Rourke. Loved The Coca Cola Kid, though I rate his finest performance in Star 80, one of the greatest portrayals I have seen by any actor.

Never saw Where Eagles Dare. Killed more than as Dirty Harry? Would probably rank Dirty Harry higher. Fist Full of Dollars was a good movie. Million Dollar Baby was a good movie. Gran Torino was a good movie. Unforgiven was probably his best movie. Gene Hackman was very good in the movie too. What happened to the other Dirty Harry movies? I thought they were all good. All the Dirty Harry movies were really good and made Clint Eastwood into one of the most recognized stars.

Glory it was an excellent film but does not belong as the best Civil War movie. He didn’t even mention gods and generals which was an excellent film with a great cast. They were many from the 40s and 60s that were excellent Civil War films. Pharaohs army was a good film with the Civil War taken up into the mountains of West Virginia very realistic. I do think several films from the 40s and 50s weren’t even mentioned. I think Glory depicting the 54th Massachusetts Who is favored due to its racial significance. It’s a shame like so much of the other historical monuments the 54th Massachusetts monument was desecrated. Fortunately restored. Perhaps more respect for all that fought during the Civil War and all monuments depicting our history well once again mean something now that we have a true commander in chief For all American citizens

Does anyone know the title of this movie? I watched it when I was a kid and the only scene i remember was when the white slave masters were burning the slaves alive in a big pot of hot boiling water. The slaves were lined up in a queue and one by one they took turns to be burned alive. It was gruesome
