That would be a pretty significant walk from the main train station to the Hilton City we're talking almost 45 minutes. I would recommend taking the s-bahn. There is a station literally right underneath the hotel

Question.... we will be staying here in a few months. We're bringing a disabled gentleman with us and a wheelchair van. I understand that its valet only, and i also understand that check in is 5th floor, so how do you get your stuff to your hotel room if you have a crap load of luggage and medical supplies?

Thanks for watching the video. There are luggage cards on property and it's a pretty easy elevator ride up to the 5th floor to get your check-in process completed and then up to whatever floor you're on. I do not recall if the valet will help with luggage. I do have the general managers contact information that I can share with you in an email. Email me [email protected]

I had a HORRIBLE experience this week when I was in Washington PA at the Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Meadowlands. I was treated so badly I started filming and I have filed a formal complaint.

sometimes in European hotels there is a problem with American Express cards, they do not accept transactions or it does not go through the terminal. The very poor operation of the reception desk, as you say, may result either from the very high occupancy of the hotel or from new people who are still trained. Luggage should be stored in a closed room with a luggage number issued. I was shocked when you showed the hotel guest list, so easily accessible. Such things cannot be visible to guests. Hilton has a serious management issue. I have been turned away once and card scam once. No one in Hilton try to solve the problem, I have to call them again and again to speak to a person who in charge. Avoid Hilton. My experience.

What does the origin of English have to do with whether your destination is an American colony? My comment was based solely on the popular perception of Americans as having low IQs, and I'm sorry if it made you uncomfortable. If the hotel claims they have English service then they are wrong, but unfortunately I didn't catch that in the video.

Well first of all English came from England. It is also referred to as the International language when it comes to hospitality and also air travel. When you pay for a five-star hotel you expect English to be spoken the hotel advertises that English is spoken. If you decide to stay in a small Airbnb I wouldn't expect your local host to speak English however they probably will. Your comment outlines your ignorance.

Your comment is too short. The hotel did not live up to the standards it advertises to its guest and also American Express. American Express did refund my entire cost of that stay because they stand behind their product and their promise the hotel did absolutely nothing because they don't care. Thanks for watching

My husband n I stayed a a Hilton Hotel in Mrsa az. We booked two nights. The bed is the worst, everytime you move it makes noises....cricket, crunch noise, the bed is hard. N I the wife is sitting in a uncomfortable chair. There is no way this is idea...I bet Paris Hilton would never stay in this room n she doesn't have to pay for. Well we want our money back n cancel our next night here There is. No way we are staying again. I am so disappointed n received no reply from the manager.

If you stay at the Hilton Munich Airport for a layover (get off the plane, walk to the hotel) can you go to your gate without having to go through security again?

The hotel is airside so you do have to go through security to get back to any gate. The Hilton sits between terminal 1 and 2 so it's an easy walk. But for any connection you would be required to clear customs if necessary leave the secure area and then return to the secure area before reboarding

Can one access the lounge when coming in on an international flight from Europe and have a layover before getting home? It would be nice to shower after such a long flight before next flight. Thanks.

As long as you are flying United Polaris.. according to United's website. Customers in United Polaris business class may access a United Polaris lounge at departure, connecting and arrival airports along their eligible same-day routing.

I stayed here once. And is true as you arrive they sit you down bring you a hot towel to clean your hands and a drink. A young beautiful lady greeted me. It was a beautiful experience. I recommended.

They've devolved into hell. Murphy North Carolina Bed bugs RM 305 Drug addicts in rooms below smoking crack management and local cops do NOTHING. MEANWHILE I can't fail drug tests for work-- I wake up to marijuana/ aerosol vaped in room coming through ventilation saturated my room I WAKE UP TO IT UNABLE TO BREATHE AND HEADACHE EXPOSED TO UNKNOWN DRUGS WTF WTF WTF

Was there 3 weeks ago and a total disappointment..both on my outbound and inbound....Food selection was a joke,looked like it was sitting on the heating trays for hours,all dried up and tasteless...The shower filled up with water and was very slow to drain...I ate some bread,cold cuts and cheese...The bar and bartenders were the best...on my return was a zoo..lines for the bathroom and people everywhere,where you had problem walking...I walked right out and went to United Club which was even worst...The lounge at CDG was 100 times better,with a nice outside area for smoking,self served beverage area and 2 floors...Nice layout of fresh food and lots of fruit..Even warm champagne was served in Business class...That really pissed me off..did not even eat...i went straight to sleep..On my return day flight was a lot better...

The Virgin club also has a very small up stairs section. Food in the club is usally decent but it won't fill you up.

My flight leaves at 11:05 pm and the lounges close at 10:00 pm...That's the only negative..

Boarding would probably start around 1030, I'm guessing so you wouldn't be missing much.

Thanks for the full tour of The Lounge,I booked with United just to experience the lounge on my 4.20 layover from MCO-IAD-CDG..and my 2:30 layover on my return..Trip will be in July...

I’m starting to question whether I should remain loyal to Hilton. I’ve noticed the post-pandemic change in standards (Embassy Suites - Chevy Chase, MD) and I keep telling myself the next stay will be better. I have two Hilton stays booked for 2023 in May (Doubletree - Silver Spring, MD) and November (Hotel Maya Doubletree - Long Beach, CA). I’ll make my final decision after the November trip.

i wonder how you would have received the hotel if you had been given the corner suite? i think you'd have enjoyed it a lot more, you just seem bitter.

The rooms are showing age and are not clean. The staff was very amateur. The food a breakfast was cold and service was bed. The service in the lounge was cut. Management changed. Cutting corners is clearly happening. Yes not getting an upgrade for free that is a published perk, but the hotel trying to sell the upgrade is just a small indication that the focus has changed from service first to how to run this hotel with the least amount of effort

I'm staying here next week, I've just got the upgrade email. We're diamond like you are and since the pandemic we've seen fewer great upgrades, but an upgrade is an upgrade. You didn't like your room you should have gone back and said thanks but no thanks and got the room you booked. We're always very grateful for an upgrade but we're dreading going to NYC next month as we know we won't be getting anything.

@@preston30 I will not stay at the hotel again that's my solution. When the entire hotel has issues changing a room isn't the solution. It's not about an upgrade it's about a full service hotel providing full services. It's about a room being clean and the hotel in general being in good order. The hotel needs a renovation, the hotel needs better management. There are much better options in the city of Warsaw in 2023. As a lifetime diamond I have stayed in thousands of properties and in Europe my upgrade rate is 99%. In Asia 100% in the United States it sucks and I'm only referring to the hotels that have published upgrade perks. Upgrades really don't matter but it's a telltale sign of the hotels general operations and mindset. I hope you enjoy your stay, going in with lower expectations is probably a good plan.

My favorite thing about flying austrian out of DC is fron lounge to plane. Sadly they dont have the flying chefs, is said they are coming back in may of this year

during pnademic times if you arrive early from a connecting flight on to a non united star alliance flight where you can't get a boarding pass before showing covid documents and the check in counter is not open yet, you can still get in just showing your E-ticket from the airline. You just gotta leave the area when the check in desks open and then you can get your boarding pass and come back into the lounge.

Ridiculous! It's 3-4 times more expensive than other 5* hotels in Warsaw, which also offer great quality.

Agree it is an expensive hotel, this is why I would only stay here using my perks with American Express. Making the cost much less and additional perks. I guarantee you I would never pay full price for this hotel it's nice but not worth it. Your point of fantastic hotels in Warsaw at a much lower price is very true.
