It’s so weird to hear acoustic versions of this. It really showcases their talent (like the harmonies, and Greta’s vocals!!) but I feel like so much of the energy of the song comes from the electric feel and the production. i'm glad they didnt do that because drew received a lot of backlash from scabbing during the writer's strike. having a band name reliant on the goodwill of another celeb (especially one still alive) is a bad move.

I just re-watched Orla’s videos from Middle Farm in 2021, and it’s so lovely to see those sparks between them - way before FIZZ, it felt like FIZZ was already a thing. (Also yay dodie for so masterfully hyping up Kiss Your Face Forever!)
