The techniques used work very easily for 15-20 but are extremely difficult for 20-30. Why don't you use 20-30 in your demo? It is closer to reality.

The socks come in sizes! Measure your ankle, calf & other measurements. Also check for different levels of compression. I did not catch the brand she recommends in this video, but I think her method of putting them on is excellent. There is a wire contraption that also works well demonstrated by “Bob & Brad”.

I am 88 with spinal arthritis and little mobility, so I lie down on my bed to put on anything that requires bending knees and hips, and don’t need special devices.

How do you get them on your feet? You have no problems doing this but my feet are deformed and the socks aren't wide enough to go over my toes / lower foot. I was measured and prescribed them at a hospital and am waiting for them to get back to me - I have followed the instructions and the videos but just can't manage. Neither could my very experienced carer. So frustrating to spend all that money for something that is not suitable.

Thanks. I've been pulling the socks up above the knee and then folding them over. Looks like your way is the proper way so I will work on that. Using Physix is a challenge.

This is ok if your legs are not twice the size they normaly are due too sweeling,putting socks on is almost impossible
