I've been searching for an aluminum kayak trailer and I've looked at those Nitros. That is the exact setup I want for my new trailer! I just wish I could weld aluminum... Very impressive, and expensive, setup!

My TR-1 worked and this last week would not power on. Might be power on/off button. I have had no real luck with help other than Facebook. Shop in Portland said $185 an hour to diagnose but no parts. Portland shop will install Reactor 40 for $4,200. Have heard Reactor 40 great and others nothing but issues. Local shop told me they refuse to work on Reactor 40 and shop they knew of quit installing it due to customers having so many issues. Seems it is either good or none stop bad. I ordered a replacement button if that doesn't work I will have to figure out installing the Reactor 40. Our 2005 Alumaweld Stryker is a pain to troll off the kicker. Really wears us out because the boat wonders left and right.

The main problem we had was the throttle control losing connection. We relocated it away from any heat source. In other words it would work and once the motor heated up it would lose connection. We think that's the problem. But time will tell. Tech support from Garmin said only a single source connection to the spark plug. We had a small digital hour meter on the spark plug and we removed it. But my best guess is its wire heats up and causes the issue.

BRAVO the approval of a woman ... Is it Bravo or Brava for a woman? bravo is gender. Both words convey the same thing, and both share a literal translation in Italian to the word brave. Thanks for the video ideas! I've been thinking about buying the Lund Fisherman 2075 so the video's you've uploaded on them are helpful. Now that you've had yours for a while, how are you liking it? I see you added the curtains to the windshield for the front and side on your hardtop. I don't have the boat yet but love the layout and I have a ton of idea's I'd want to do with it like a hard top lol

Yep heading into season 2 with it. I've had offshore boats with twin diesels but just got tired of the expense so the Fisherman 2075 allows me to fish the ocean bays and above all I can travel with it from Maine to Florida. Super stable in rough seas. Figure 5- 6 grand for the hardtop and learn how to do the canvas work. Shop around I traveled from NJ to Minneapolis to pick it up. It was worth it. Cheers

@@murphfishing Nice! That is some good info. The idea of being able to easily travel with it is definitely appealing. I'm on the west coast so I'd like to be able to fish San Diego up to Washington/Canada for Salmon and Halibut. How far off shore have you taken yours? Seems like it should handle seas as long as they aren't too bad.
