I love how simple it is. I think the key problem is that we all know what the answers are: eat less, eat whole foods, exercise more. But we don't do that because it's too hard. Ray's got it - people try to 'cheat' with fat free, but you can't, it doesn't work. I've put this all in to practice over the last couple of years and have lost about 20kg. I'm now trying to take this very practical approach and implement it in other areas. We all know what to do, we know it's going to be hard, but if we want the results we have to do it. Thanks Annah!

This is about the fourth time I have watched this video. Working in the arts, it's lovely thinking about whatever higher goal. But, at the end of it, if there's no money, there's no orchestra!

It depends,I know many samoans who cook everyday and they are really fat.I am talking about their traditional foods,taro,plantains,fruit and vegetables,seafood and pork.I think the quantity eaten and lack of physical activity is part of the equation as well.
