We actually didn’t get sea sick. We have been enjoying the movement and different way of cruising oddly enough. But we always come prepared with anti nausea just in case 👍

We love The Panorama and Firenze. Thank you for watching our videos :) The Bahamas/Caribbean have great weather mid December to April. Hurricane season is usually June - November. We have cruised in September and October and have had great weather but hurricanes/storms can still happen during these two months.

Hello :) that is a very difficult question to answer. We usually ok our cabins on port side which is the left side and usually even numbered cabins. However, the ship doesn’t always dock with port side facing the port. It varies depending on what pier they dock. I believe you can research the port websites and they might have a list of what pier the ship is docking.

Thank you.😊 I obtained a permit from The Bahamas Civil Air authority website which authorized me to fly the drone in the Bahamas. I’m not sure about the drone laws in Amber Cove, I have not researched them. I did not fly my drone in grand Turk on this cruise because the research I conducted stated you could not do it due to the airport being so close in the area I was in. It’s definitely worth taking a drone anytime you can :)

@@JonandDymon thanks for the info. Do you need the part 107 certificate or does the hobbyist certificate work?

@NorthShoreTravelers Part 107 is only valid in the USA. I do recommend a part 107 if you will be posting the videos on this platform. I obtained my training through pilotinstitute.com I highly recommend them.

@@JonandDymon thanks for that. I got my hobbyist cert through pilot institute as well. Did you have to meet with customs and provide a deposit to fly it too? Which they reimburse you when leaving? Read that online somewhere

Sounds like an unpleasant experience. Hopefully you were able to enjoy part of your cruise. We did encounter some rowdy people but nothing like you described.

Thank God we canceled our Sunrise cruise after we heard about their flooding they had. We rescheduled a Royal Caribbean cruise instead and believe we will enjoy that one much better anyway!
