Did you have to trim the studs down at all? My buddy needed to cute his studs using a 1.5 inch spacer on his f150

There is other things you need..but any can work. The trx has everything you need except the button. Some others may too. There is a list of items.

Damn, if this isn't the best installation video yet for the power funk. I wish Hansshow included your video in their installation library. Thank you very much. The connection at the lower portion of the latch is absolutely key to having it all work. You also need to adjust the latch itself if it doesn't "suck down" the frunk. Thank you again

Having a block heater when you live in Canada is a must just think about what oil is like when cold the valve train absolutely needs oil flow especially on start ups so yha I use the block heater in all my vehicles

@chuckycheeeese it depends what other features you have. It may be expensive to add it off you don't have everything. The trx just happens to have everything parts wise you need except the button. So it's a $50 add on.

@michaelgordon2031 yes I had to take the coils out to pull the cover. It was waaaaaaay easier than the valve cover job.. the only pain is the egr valve

@@vfr800fi07 that’s why I’m going LS3 tbh. People complain about it but my z06 had THREE LS7s drop a valve so I don’t see how throwing another one in makes any sense lol. Gonna do an LS3 with an LS9 cam and a boost district LSA supercharger kit and call it good😁👍🏼

There is a slight difference in sound.. but not like a straight up tube style
Thanks for sharing! I've had these skirts for about a year, been slow to put them on. I plan to install stainless steel jack nuts on the rocker panels so that the side skirts can be removable. I don't plan on using double sided tape, maybe weather stripping attached to the side skirts. I also plan a similar setup for the front carbon splitter in case it needs to be removed for repairs.

I don't still have it.. but its.a decent motor. Engine output was more than the 5.7L version. I ended up selling the camaro and it went into a C4 corvette

As it turns out. you can only buy the strut part # 580-1044. Ill have to have the shock mounted to the strut. Ill show your video to my mechanic. Time for me to watch this one out. My 2009 V leaks at the oil pan. Is that impossible to fix? labor must be 20 hrs for a job like that. Thanks for the info on the Struts. Your videos ROCK! Ben

@benleone5800 you can get to all the bolts for the oil pan.. the only issue is how far it will drop down..I had the bolts out to do the camshaft. Amd dropped the front of the pan so I could pull the oil pump. Since the pick up tube bolt is hard to get at.

@@vfr800fi07 I was on the edge with Anderson Carbon pieces; as they do state they do not apply a UV clear coat on their pieces. Unless you get it sprayed with a UV clear or PPF, and live in a sunny place, the CF coating it going to breakdown. That said, the piece does look great though!
