I believe natural sounds are sufficient for this video, but I'm curious about others' opinions. What do you think?

My ideal meal is rice and anything, because growing up in a Nigerian household we eat rice (either jollof or pepper rice) with almost every meal. We literally do eat it morning, noon, and night, but I also love Jamaican foods like fried plantain, jerk chicken, rice and peas, etc., and my go-to comfort meal is a Chicago style deep dish pizza with a ranch and hot sauce mixture as the base, pineapple, green and black olives, mushrooms, jalapenos, and scotch bonnet peppers as I literally cannot taste my food without a certain level of spice on it. I also put extra hot sauce on literally everything I eat, even fries, which gets me a lot of weird looks from servers whenever I go out to eat, like if I had a dollar for every weird look I've gotten from a bartender when I've ordered fries and asked for extra hot sauce, I could buy myself a very nice steak dinner

If you run out of new things to notice, then do you notice old things as if they are knew or perpetually unknowable?

I love this--I adore her research and all that she's added to the field, and I love that she can just say this in two minutes and I feel even happier than before I watched, and have a great takeaway. (And yes, I'm already thinking about how grateful I am for the good weather and everything else in my life.) Thanks for this!

Nothing can beat fresh food cooked at home. The smells, the colors, the taste, the love that goes into a beautifully prepared home cooked meal is beyond compare. Just ask anyone who grew up with a parent who actually cooked.

My children used to give me back rubs when they were little one they could literally move pain out of my body--that they did not know I had. They just sensed where to touch and how to move it. It was really cool. I think a lot of people are gifted--if they'll just open their minds and explore...with pure love
