Starter is the best plan in IMO (the one with everything - marketing, service, sales, etc)... Anything beyond that is far too expensive

I recommend sticking with Hubspot as you're already using that. This clickup CRM is meant for the simplest workflows only

As someone else mentioned, I am mind-blown! I work with Craft Docs, which is similar to Notion but currently without an API. I also tried using ClickUp but decided against it. I’m wondering how much of what you teach would be applicable to my own company (a web agency) for running our campaigns. I don’t need a lot of lists since I don’t have client work after client work to set up (lead generation). I don't want to make it overkill but rather use Clay, SmartLead, HubSpot, and Make?!, (I have no idea if I need Apollo if I use Clay)

most of my content is geared towards lead gen agencies. other agencies that consume this, it's probably to get different ideas on how to setup their operations, etc... In your case, I'd recommend that you just launch a campaign ASAP, don't worry too much about this stuff for now. Once you get some replies, you'll start to see where the bottlenecks arise and at that point, these videos will become more actionable!! as you're not a lead gen agency, you probably don't need this type of set up - this is meant for high volume list building

Thanks for the great input! 🚀It would be great if you could make a video about must-have apps and subscriptions for keeping expenses minimal (from a minimalist perspective). For example: HubSpot Sales Pro (a must), SmartLead Pro (essential-basic won’t cut it), Miro (perhaps unnecessary since ClickUp has a whiteboard feature), Make (necessary), Clay, or Apollo? You get my point. :)

(no workflows, no sequences) trying to figure out a better combination of apps and automation to make it work. But maybe I will have to jump onto the Sales Hub Professional plan for 90.- / months. Currently looking through all of your videos, very helpful!

@dedal DON'T upgrade.... Best case scenario you negotiate and pay 5x extra, not it's not worth it (unless you have a team) - I regret upgrading I recommend using make.com for the Hubspot automations and then using hubspot apps (for the webhooks) - it's somewhere in the settings!! That takes care of workflows. You'll miss out on sequences though, I'm sure there's an app somewhere that can help you do it cheaper

I think your ai Prompt should be improved AND instead of pulling data from just 3 custom fields "overview", ai should pull data from your ICP doc with Full context ( Data gathered via onboarding form, onboarding call script, sales calls scripts with client's prospects).. THEN.. it would be golden

Noel, I'm confused.. you mentioned in your videos using slack incoming web hook. but when I try to use it it also says that "Please note, this is a legacy custom integration - an outdated way for teams to integrate with Slack. yes, I was trying to see how much I could build within 15 minutes (from scratch)... You can copy the pre-built automation (you only need to copy that 1 module - every other module in that pre-built module is unnecessary) Create a webhook in Clickup like I showed, Send the information to a second automation, and then copy that reply from the Smartlead API module in the video as a second step within the automation... That's it!
