In the meantime, we enjoy every single one. Keep doing what you can. Great talent you have to capture the best of nature and giving it to us. Appreciate that.

I have been watching your videos since I discovered them on KZbin. Your videos have been extremely helpful to me. I’m a fisherman. You have given me very accurate information on conditions of the rivers. I have fished out on the route to drainages for years. They’re all closed right now and will open up again in November. I am very grateful for your videos. I do have a lot of wilderness experience, 50+ years. I’m getting a lot more out of current conditions.

@@jameshunt1221 Yeah I definitely see the old growth at the 3:00 part of the video. I was more curious about how extensive the old growth is, does the old growth continue on the way to hope lake? Looks like the trees start getting smaller and the trail goes into more of a subalpine zone past mig lake.

Beautiful forest hiking! The salmonberries sure look refreshing! Yikes, we’ve eaten a few bugs recently too- I was breathing so hard with my mouth open, I had to tell myself - close your mouth… o man, we don’t like horseflies either. Fortunately we haven’t seen many yet this summer- mostly just mosquitos. Thanks for sharing your hike!! - 😄👍👍🌲🌲

Thank you for the continued videos. I really like your content as you show the forest and old growth, many videos do not and just show mountain views. I was wondering if you can help me out with a question too. I was planning to backpack on a trail off hwy 2 in early July. The trail is surprise creek to surprise and glacier lakes. I tried leaving a voicemail with the skykomish ranger station, but have not gotten a call back. I am just wondering what the snow is currently like in your area and at what elevation would I get into deep snow?
