if i go here on 800 should i use sustain wheel positional + granade or exeta ?

I think on 800 solo you will have a very hard time, double amp res node is pretty important and the dazzle gem also helps massively I'm 99% sure you will get better numbers at rosh west/upper rosh/flimsy

not yet, I'm planning to try ingol -3 soon now that the divine dazzle gems have been buffed, will record it once I'm not terrible at the spawn :)

Is this life potions strategy applicable and when? Hunting for profit that you take a little damage?

yea you can get the strong health pots for super cheap, like 10-20gp on most servers, they work well when you outlevel the respawn to give you more profit for rosh, you could probably try around lvl 1000 i guess
