I’m an empath who is passive aggressive and has CPTSD and recently learned I have untreated ADHD and worst of all I have an attachment style while my husband is avoidant we both became so defensive that we were triggering our most narcissists traits to protect ourselves.

Thanks for the video, I now know this type of therapy will get me frustrated. I don't understand why autistic people get recommended cbt and this therapy all the time.

I listened to this after I woke up feeling quite anxious. At the end I suddenly had a pretty powerful imagination where I was walking up the stairs of an attic, towards a white lighted sunny room. Beneath me was this dark creature, that didn't seem particularly evil, but it definitely felt like something I would need to lock behind the door. So I walked up the stairs into the sunlight, and closed the door. Then I envisioned this walk a couple of times more. I don't know where the visualisation came from, but it felt powerful. When I opened my eyes again, I really felt like there was no need to worry and I could just enjoy my morning, which I'm doing right now.

When I realised what was going on I confronted my husband and he said ‘this is what I like to do’ My heart was broken and still is. At this stage we are living separately. I suspect he is having sex multiple times a day and through the night. I want to know if this is also dangerous to a person’s health?? He is keeping up his work. He is a contract specialist on big building projects. Since I realised is now 10 years but I think it’s been going on since the beginning and even since his youth only it went from porn to actual interaction. In Africa black women are available everywhere and relatively cheap. He has had a heart attack and surgery almost 4 years ago and his heart is at 45% He is turning 64 in November. We’ve been married 30 years and I never refused him!! Also I’ve never been overweight.

Jesus is the answer, He understands all we feel and can give peace in the most difficult situations. He loved us by dying on a cross to forgive us our sins, since no sin can enter heaven. By asking Jesus into our heart and life we have forgiveness and all Jesus offers in this life, and the promise of eternal life with Him. It is the best free gift you will ever receive!!

Might be effective, but it seems like real therapy is only for the rich. I haven't seen anyone offering this for a sane rate.

👎 Hypnosis?
@madeleinegrayson83722 ай бұрын
What's the problem? Hypnosis is a natural relaxed state we enter into multiple times per day. Anytime you done out while driving, working etc, that's hypnosis. It gives the consicous mind a break. Hypnotherapists just guide you into that state and use that to help you with blocks, trauma, etc.

Wow! Sounds incredible and I love the idea of no downtime vs the invasive surgery option. Hypnotherapy seems to be the way to go without having to do all those fad diets - I longer term approach which I hadn't considered before - thank you so much for sharing this and giving me an alternative healthier and much less scary option. Good luck to all those on their journey x

I had an excruciating pain from a toothache on the right side of my face. This session really helped. I like the concept of “dialing down the pain” so that you know it’s there but it is no longer debilitating. I really felt, as I came out of the hypnosis, that my pain had gone several levels down. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you're struggling to find support. Have you contacted another healthcare professional? They may be able to signpost you to other services such as support groups in your local area. Some CBT professionals and hypnotherapists may offer lower-cost sessions, so we'd recommend searching in your area.

What you say makes a lot of sense to me, especially about having the confidence to say what I need [00:23]. I've learned not to invest my time, energy, and emotions into people who are not prepared to do the same for me. This was very educational. Also, it's very rare I ever watch videos of this type, but you have a very eloquent way of talking that makes me feel at ease.
