Un trabajo de construcción con CERO MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD para tus trabajadores, que estoy segura, contrataste de manera informal y a bajo costo. Impresentable. Lo debes tener tan normalizado que muestras esto sin ningún pudor.

That's exactly what I've been looking for on the web for a long time. THANK YOU! I'm wondering though. Why using metal and cement instead of wood? Of course, you mentioned the mold and termites. But natives use wood only and it holds, right? So, why? Is there really no wood or wood process that could do the job?

Concrete does not dry. It is a chemical process that causes the cement paste to crystalize with water. Fun fact: Concrete does not finish curing over its lifetime. It keeps hardening. After decades, it cures so much it becomes brittle.

All super cool Just one thing bugs me, too much artificial building material. Should've figured out something more natural 🤷🏻♂️

Why are you destroying nature with this monster?
@Bleeblop424Күн бұрын
You realize your parents house that you live in was once nature. And the power lines that supply you electricity were once nature. I bet you this guy's house is better for the environment than you parents house that you live in.

@@Bleeblop424 Sorry to disappoint you "Nostradamus". My grandfather built a house on rock, I've had a solar power plant for 9 years and I've been driving an electric car for 5 years.

Very interesting to see a primarily metal/concrete build in such a climate, especially the raised concrete floor really surprised me. Do you know why it was done this way rather than a wood floor system that would be much easier to build? Termite problems?

Lot prices in Costa Rica vary wildly, there are too many factors involved for there to ever be a standard price! Hey Sasha, I’m in Ojochal where are you? (Roughly😉)

This is one of the best build i've seen in KZbin. I envy you for having this super cool cabin. I am from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia & that cabin of yours is something that i dreamed of having but unfortunately i can't afford it as i am not that financially well off. But maybe in the future..............??? 😀 Have a great time at your cabi & stay safe.

How will you clean up the upper glasses? Fruits from the trees sometimes smash and stain glasses/walls. If there was a balcony/rooftop, it would have been easier to do it.

the house is amazing but i wonder why is it so close to the pit ? The ground seems brittle, won't it be dangerous when torrential rains hit ?

Muito bom falar sobre o acesso e EDUCAÇÃO!!! Sempre achei esse discurso (tipo da personagem) da alimentação saudável, totalmente elitista. A imensa maioria da população simplesmente não sabe e/ou não entende!

@demonjoker1233 күн бұрын
what was the cost of the project in its total ?
@juddaugust3 күн бұрын
If you paid 3 people $16235 for labor for nearly 90 days labor, 11 hours per day, you paid roughly a total of $180 per day labor. That's approx $60 per person per day. Hourly, that is less than $5.50 per hour per person for intense, skilled, very physical labor.
