If you go to the south valley go south of Rio Bravo on 2nd Street there's a big concrete ditch spill way when the river runs high it gets flooded with cat fish

Just keep trying and you will get one. I have many days where I don’t catch. But the enjoyment of being on the river is well worth it.

We took a short trip to Glenwood NM , The Gila National Forest ( The Catwalk ) and it was absolutely gorgeous!!! The water was flowing & it was perfect. I love my New Mexico , so so many hidden treasures that many don’t know are here !! Beautiful video 🥰

@@FishingNewMexico you sure it was 4 miles? that first spot you stopped at is only 1 mile from john dunn. 4 miles would have been 2 miles past the hot springs, which didnt look like it from the video.
