fixed now :) the tool is inactive for mobs above level 49 :D sad that they jsut put the level down.. i like the tool, they could have just get the buff disabled after one time :( now it another tool we cant use

Okay everybody, calm down. The knife is nerfed, not usable on mobs above lvl49.

First try at 1 sharpen knife, wont work. I tried it on 2 stack, and work 2 times. Q1 hide is worth less than 100g, and have very low drop rate on normal skinning and only every 1 hour you can skin with 100% proc. So they skin with bug it like normal skin, so they have 100% drop rate with number of normal hide/chitin. But using toy wont reset lure.

Banning someone for blizzards issue is BS. Blizzard should fix it. It's their fault. I've been a software developer for years. It's their issue. It should get exploited till blizzard fixes it.😊

i did the knife cd rotations every hour but its kinda annoying to log on everyhour on 7-9toons. the price of hive already drop so i dont think its worth it unless u get a guarantee r3

Not advocating for it and won't do it myself, but out of curiosity: how exactly would Blizzard be able to find out you were exploiting? Do they have a record of all the toys you've used? Sure, if you have 1000 of those hides, it's suspicious. But if you have them spread out and won't post them all at once, how would they go about doing it?

I can see why it is unfair, but at the same time it's people utilizing a mechanic Blizzard themselves didn't fix.... In beta. Lol. Everyone has to ask themselves, regardless of how unfair it is - is this not something (like several other bugs) they've not patched & have known since before launching the xpac? Afterall a player can only utilize systems the game permits. They cannot create them. But if it results in bans my assumption is that it's the typical form of least accountability on their behalf. In other words, we know of several bugs and incomplete or broken things such as even broken cinematics, but we shipped the game and are banning those who helped bring to our attention our incompetence (again) 😊
