Marty is one of a handful of guitarists whose solos make you feel like you're flying through the air.

Enjoyable dip into the ocean of Michael Brecker. Love all his work with Billy Cobham. A funky thide of sings is underrated. Some Skunk Funk , written by Randy, is one of my favourite tracks although I think maybe Larry Schneider played the sax solo. Another favourite is Michael’s solo on the haunting Heather from Crosswinds. A most informative show. Off now to plat that 17 minute Zappa track.

Anybody else hear in 00:20 to 00:21 that after the 24th fret bend to that high G that the ending arpeggio is a different track spliced together? Tear me apart for it but I swear to god that the guitar tone is slightly different for that last arpeggio. SPLICED!!!!!

Hey McFerrin.....the only way you get to say 'Don't Worry, Be Happy' is if YOU have either a. : Passed A Kidney Stone b. : Have diverticulitis so bad that it punched a hole in my sigmoid colon, c. : Burry your wife of 30 years way, WAY before her time. THEN you can give me that B.S. about not worrying and being happy. I respect your talent, but you are forever attached to that ear-worm of a song that only proved ONE thing about music, and it's a quote from all fictional characters Lisa Simpson, "You can never go broke while catering to the lowest common denominator". I love Corea and Co...........but only when they are PLAYING and not having someone muck everything up with vocals.
