TY! It's a razor when I demonstrate it. I lecture around the world and build the "flat earth" adding the citiy I'm visiting each time. It gets more and more round each time. If the flerfs argue about the distances I ask them to look up the fuel consumption rates for airplanes against the mileage and find inconsistencies in any of the 130,000 commercial flights that happen EVERY DAY. Then to embarrass them a bit more I ask them for the definition of latitude and longitude which apparently none of them know what that means despite never challenging any places location marked by said lat and long.

1) that link is showing a polar projection. It is a picture of the globe stretched out into a circle. In short you have just showed me a globe as a flat earth map. try again. You have just demonstrated that you don't even know the definition of latitude and longitude if you are going to present a flat earth map that shows lat and long.

This map while at a glance is similar to the AE map it is also significantly different as it takes what works with the original AE map and has added more space in the north pole moving the countries further out which changes the shape of each country to be proportionally accurate. It is not a flattened globe so you should look at things closer before trying to sound like an expert. I have a video coming soon with an updated version of the map as well.

That is a conclusion I am not willing to commit to. I simply state that if you are presenting a case that the earth is flat, you must first present a map. It is far too hard to PROVE something is impossible. I will simply state that if you make an assertion, you must provide evidence. In 2019, it is clear that there is enough knowledge of the distances between locations on the earth to be able to make an accurate representation of what the earth looks like. I tested those locations and those distances form a globe. I tried. I couldn't cut and drill the sticks that precisely that small. the thickness of the #8 bolt as it is is about 40 miles diameter as it is, if I cut the scale to my globe, that bolt would of been closer to 100 miles in diameter. The difference between the straight line vs arc angle between Honolulu and Panama City is only 150 miles, even the slightest mistake or just the difference between the bold and the drill hole wind-age would distort the results. If anything I should double the size (1cm=50 miles) and the model would be much more accurate.
