This is against the teachings of Holy prophet (saw), where he has said " Allah has sent down both disease and the cure for every disease" (Abu Dawud). So Dr you can say we Drs do not know how to treat this novel disease. One particular reason medical world has failed to treat not only COVID-19 but most of all the infectious diseases is due to narrow mindedness of the medical world. I don't know if you are familiar with the methods of boosting one's immune system? It is very strange why all of these doctors are hesitant to guide public to boost immune system. Is it because you people are scared that if people will strengthen their immune system and are able to safeguard themselves from COVID-19 then who will use these vaccines or drugs for which pharmaceutical mafia is racing to discover a cure. Coming back to my original point. Dr please guide people that yes they can boost their immune system and they can strengthen their defenses naturally. This fact is written in your medical books. So please instead of following the suite of a narrow minded conventional medical system mind set. Come out of your shell and help in real sense the mankind which is dire need of time. Dr you must know this fact vitamin C is the most potent substance on earth which can help those who are locked down at their homes. These people can take this potent vitamin to boost their immune system. Remember Dr you know this as well from your medical school that this potent vitamin our body doesn't make we have to take it from outside other sources.
