Also I’m not sure these pinch bolt ones work on older shimano cranksets that have a 3 piece crank like Shimano RSX on 1990s bikes. I just bought a staged power meter and I don’t think it’s gonna work

VERY nice tutorial. I’m a new indoor cyclist (time crunch 24/7 dad life) and having all the knowledge from podcasts like Fastcat + their app that’s really nice + combining your tutorial = very happy guy right here. Thank you for taking the time to explain and show clearly how to do it. Makes building your own plan quite easy, with a cup of black coffee or green tea of course 😊
