Hello honored professor Durso 🙏🏾 I need some advice from you! I am experiencing some pain on the upper side of the hand behind the pinkies... I don’t know if it is the tendon that extends. I had this problem before on a view occasions and I don’t know what exactly I’m doing wrong 😑 I came up with only three theories 1 I do too much 2 I am Lifting the the finger too much 3 when playing octaves and big chords I push to much for a big sound instead of plucking and using arm weight.. Do you know more that could explain my symptom ? I never want to be in such a situation. I studied all the 10 dvds so I know that you Taubman guy’s are the best to help me understand get rid of and avoid the problem in the future ❤️
This is very interesting and helps a lot. Thank you very much.

Hello Robert! Been researching the Taubman work for awhile, and have started taking lessons recently........ You seem to know more about rotation than anyone in the institute haha, so I wanted to ask this..... Once you minimize the motion and it is no longer able to be seen, how do you know it is still there and done correctly?

Hello Abed: Thank you for the question. I am giving Pedagogy Sessions and if you email me at [email protected]. I can give you more info and registration info. The short answer is that you feel benefits you had not had before. The fingers feel equally supported and therefore more capable of producing the sounds you want. Increased evenness, speed, and ease. If it isn't implemented correctly it can still leave you with symptoms and limitations or actually create a liability to speed. I will go into detail on these issues in the sessions. Thank you, Bob

Your explanation of the fundamental motions are incredible. I've watched the Virtuosity in a Box lectures but a lot of things didn't make sense to me, especially the correct use of the thumb in playing scales. Thank you for providing this material for free.
