In order to be considered a mobile EU citizen, you need to have moved or resided in another host member state. Does this mean that you need to have had temporary residence permit in at least one member state other than your original country? Or does it mean that you need to show proof that you have left your original country and stayed in another member state even if it was up to three months? 2. The "3 months rule" - is that per member state, or is it total amount of time you can legally stay outside your own country? Example: if a Spanish national stays 80 days in Belgium, does this mean that if they were to then travel to Italy, they can stay legally in Italy up to ten days, or does the clock restart then in Italy where the EU citizen may stay up to 90 days in Italy. 3. If the second scenario is correct, when would the clock restart for Belgium in the above scenario in point 2. ? Thank you in advance!

Greece clearly is a transit point for most migrants into Europe. why is no one addressing this? In America this is huge. We are the wealthiest nation and the systems are set up to hate on people because of their poverty and what makes then likely to be poor. Racism, Homelessness, ableism, elder abuse, child molestation, sex trafficking and misogyny, drug abuse for those too poor to have the drugs that deal with their disease. In America it's not how hard you work it's who get's you in the back door. It's wrong stupid and sick. But it looks like this is how people like it.

Did you know that Finland has implemented Housing First decades ago, just like he described. It has been a great success! And I know as a Finn that if my life falls apart at least I have a house for me and my family. It's funny how studies show that Finnish tax-payers save 10k - 15k dollars each year for keeping one Finn out of the streets. I mean somebody would think the government shouldn't provide permanent houses for the homeless but statistics show that it's still cheaper than letting people cause trouble out of desperation. Charity that saves you money.

Convince gov to let everyone use an acre of free tax free fertile land to grow a food forest on and live on. End farm subsidies. End tax breaks to farms exsept those who grow healthy vegan food for human consumption exsept no large mono crops. End mandatory school, ged and hsd requirements, age limits, minimum wage, and exsessive regs. People should be able to learn how to do a good job they want so they can afford a house and car before 18. For those who and whos parents cant afford it, chairty (where the donar gets a full non refundable tax credit that carrys over for an unlimited number of years) and or the about 180,000dollars spent on k thru 12 per student could pay for it and trash k thru 12 and some of that money could be used to promote more independence and healthy livin
