I guess im an outlier because i was running this vid while using gps while charging. I keep doing research on the over heating issue because i don't have the problem and im trying to figure out if its an anti marketing gig by iphone 😂 Pixel 7 pro is what im on. Full screen resolution and 120 hrz on. Forgot to mention using the hotspot for my kid in the car. Its just wild to me how much experiences can vary.

I hate that while recording video with main camera, and then punching 5x, there is a hard snap when it switches cameras and does not smoothly go to 5x. I had hoped the 8 Pro would fix that vs 7 Pro.

Pixel 8 Pro became a bad choice 🤦🏻‍♂️ Power adaptor: Google 30Watt Charging speed: takes approximately 45Sec for 1% (returned the charger) Feels overheated while browsing, using camera (Less or negligible warming while using KZbin) * It gets more warmer at the left frame! & Medium warm At the lower left part of screen. I feel it get warmer in most of situations! (I was using moto g5G and it hardly gets warm! Never overheated) If anyone knows Google will fix warming/heating issue in p8p then let me know.

I won't even watch a video so how fuming I am about this phones temperature issues. Pretty much as fuming as this phone itself. Half a day use. Just a regular use KZbin etc. even now I have to keep my fingers on a phone too long I am afraid to burn my fingerprints off. This phone needs that temperature sensor to measure it's own temperature not a bloody coffee. 850 quid for a 2024 flagship phone and I can't use it because it is hotter than a leather seat in the sun on an august and draining battery like there is no tomorrow coming. Google fix this. Oh by the way to get rid of overheating issues you have to knock a brightness down and switch from 4g to WiFi and not use high resolution etc according to Google itself.so what the hell am I paying all this money for if o have to knock everything down to Nokia 3310 level... Ridiculous

Just ordered one from T-Mobile with a trade in (iphone 7 plus) that gave me $250, brought the price down, but with the case, screen protector and adapter, I still paid $989 total, only saved maybe on the taxes, since, the overall cost of the accessories ($90) and Taxes, ($90), so the trade in basically paid for that. I think it will be a great upgrade from my iphone SE (2016). I don't like large phone, but my older 12 mini was having battery issues, so I went back to the SE (2016) (the SE was a replacement from T-mobile with a new battery), but I have notice slow network, so I think it was time to get a NEW 5G phone.

Now i understand you have not sold this yet. Also, an 18-minute well made full review video. Gives me confidence

I had a very bad experience.. I bought it a month ago... Two times I have sent for service they took 3 weeks to fix it.. after that also the heating issue and more over it running normal applications and it easily reaches 42 degree, and no solution and it's waste of money to buy pixel 8

I’ll explain what this test clearly shows; G2(Pixel 7) G3(Pixel 8) The G3 throttles slightly harder than the G2 G2 (Look at the Max/Avg/Min) (At the 15 min mark) they are all higher than the G3 (which means it’s performing better) (Also, the 57% / 55% throttle means that it ran at 57%/ 55% of the 100% performance) If you want to do any heavy tasks on both phones, you’ll hit a massive hot wall, more-so on the G2…. Gaming? Don’t buy these phones Heavy tasks/ Multitasking? Don’t buy these phones Just Social Media? Sure buy either Just Phone calls & Text? Sure buy either Overall, both these phones and any phone with the Snapdragon 888/ 8 Gen 1 are trash in sustained performance….
