Wow. Long time no see! I really do apologise on how long this video took me to make and get out there. This video was originally recorded on the 13th or 14th of August, but I got super duper sick so I was not able to put it out. I apologise for the audio on this video too, it definitely was NOT my best work. Please keep in mind that i'm fully back and committed to providing you with a higher quality video next time around. I'm super excited for the next video which i mention in this video too! It's gonna be awesome if all things go to plan.

Looked into this, seems it was added as an update in 2017 On an in-game radio station called Blonded in which Frank Ocean picked some of his favourite songs to be played on rotation. So wasn’t made specifically for GTAV, but super super cool it was put in there! Also, apparently it’s one of frank oceans favourites too!

Mostly for viewer convenience, it wouldn't be a good video if I left the recording without many cuts as I'm sitting there silently as I really listen to the sound and to also prevent the video being completely removed from KZbin.

If you’re gonna make a video about him then you need to start with DeYarmond Edison, his band in Raleigh, North Carolina. The tentacles that stretched out from that band are pretty ridiculous. He lost his band, his longtime girlfriend and had mono within the same year… Then he bounced to Eau Claire Wisconsin to the (now legendary )cabin. Look up DeYarmond Edison. At some point i gotta stop to give my ideas on the songs, and I really don't want to pause the middle of the song as it does it's magic. On a listen when i'm not pausing, i agree, these songs, the entire album in fact, is made for continuous play.

This is def top 10 for me. Van Morrison Astral Weeks, Bob Dylan Blood on the Tracks, Taylor Swift 1989, Public Enemy Fear of a Black Planet, Radio Head The Bends … A few others that made an impression on me

I remember laughing in delight at how weird this album was (in a good way). It was like nothing I had ever heard before and also was incredibly familiar at the same time somehow.

I absolutely get that. It’s like those traces of his previous music just shine through and are so recognisable. Maybe that’s the best part of Bon Iver’s discography, it’s so unique and you can almost instantly tell it’s his work.

It’s so well made, and some of the songs are just so ethereal. It’s a collection of some of Bon Iver’s best work IMO.
