You might have a vacuum leak try spraying mist water close to intake manifold and around the plennum and see if RPM suddenly changes. Maybe after all you have is a dirty throttle or stepper motor plunger.

I'll try all these, I think the distributor is one tooth out... someone else suggested that and it might be the case...
