Recuerdo inolvidable , ahí en ese concierto estaba yo viendo a esta gran cantante que admiro desde niña gracias a mi padre , a su amor por la música que me lo transmitió desde antes de nacer , gracias papa hasta donde estes . Viajé desde España para ver a Dionne Warwick , fue maravilloso verla , y escuchar esa voz impresionante que admire siempre . Ese año fue mi gran año de la música y los conciertos , seguí una gira a mi grandísimo ídolo por Europa y luego volví seis veces a Londres a ver dos tres conciertos en cada viaje , el día antes de Dionne Warwick tuve la suerte de que era el concierto de el jubileo de la Reina Isabel II , que fue absolutamente excepcional y me cogió por sorpresa , pero me fui haciendo paso entre las miles de personas y me coloque en primera fila de la Stret Mell , fue increíble . Así qué el ir a ver a Dionne me dio mucha suerte porque pude estar en esos actos históricos el concierto magnífico y los desfiles de el día anterior y posterior todo ello Magestuoso . Me encontré a la entrada al London Palladium con unos grandes amigos que viven en Londres y con los que me reúno cuando vamos a ver a nuestro gran ídolo , pues estoy esperando para entrar y les veo aparecer también a la gran Dionne , fue una sorpresa para todos increíble . Este año no pude ir a verte Dionne pero el próximo año vuelvo a disfrutar de tu voz magistral ….. 🌹❤️

Tudo tem seu tempo, É melhor partir e deixar uma lembrança agradável que insistir e tornar um incomodo. Não se perde o que não tiveste (ou não tem mais), não se mantém o que não é teu, não se pode apegar-te a algo que não queira ficar contigo. Se for corajoso para dizer “adeus”, a vida te compensará com um novo “olá”. Triste ver um ídolo se auto destruir com atitudes vulgar. Causa vergonha alheia. Deixe-nos apenas a lembrança que vc foi inspiração iconica dos grandes de hoje. Te amamos muito para te ver entrar em ritmo de auto destruição.

The once great voice totally gone, partly age but too much smoking main reason. As a fan I find it hard to listen to this, time to hang up your mike.Steisand and Mathis stll singing well enough, despite some vocal decline due to their ages.

Smoking would mostly make her sing in a lower octave. This is mostly aging, in my opinion. My Dad still can sing at 92 but differently & slower for sure.

Is it typical for UK concert audiences to sing along with large parts of the shows they're attending? I've noticed this in recent clips with Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand, etc. and it seems to be something that's more accepted or even encouraged in the UK vs. the US. Personally, I'd still prefer to hear the artist by him/herself, but that's just me.

Simply beautifullllllll!!! Ms. Dionne is the greatest Icon ever!! She can move an audience at any age and with all the evolution of her voice changes. Her voice is now at a very poignant delightful delicate side with a powerful punch here and there and still with that excellent phrasing. A true pioneer and legend. She is so funny and a phenomenal classy lady!!! Love Ms. Dionne.
