I got into your channel because of your beautiful snorkeling and freediving videos, so it's great to see you show and model the bikinis you wear in those videos! (I assume they're some of the same ones) I think my favorite one in this video is the orange one at 4:57.

I just discovered this channel and I'm hooked! These videos are shot so beautifully, and I love the way you look, both in terms of how fit your body is and how graceful and stately your movements through the water are 😍 That moment with the sea turtle at 1:54 is so precious!

Wow, the coral cover is amazing. When was this movie shot? Is this before or after the mass bleaching events of ’16 and ’17? Anyways, great videos keep up the good work!

I just subscribed to your channel. You are a very good and graceful free diver. I used to scuba dive the Blue Hole and emerge from the bottom of the hole at about 120 to 130 ft. I was wondering if you are able to go through the hole just free diving and emerge at about that depth? Also wondering how long can you hold your breath? Thanks.

Awesome free diving. I wonder how long are you able to hold your breath under? Thanks.

Are these near the West side of the island? I know a lot of snorklers/freedivers frequent there.

Hi, Helena. I'm Corey, and I subscribed to your Chanel a little while. I'm currently watching the video of you and your friends free diving at gun beach in Guam. Guam must be a beautiful place to be. Are you going to make any more videos? You have my total support, and I hope you have a pleasant evening. Corey. Corey Hansen from Canada.

Need to preserve the reefs in aquariums. Only about 25 percent left. Indoor gardening is good also.

Wonderful video, especially the ship dive! I would love to dive those ships! At 90ft could you stay long enough to go inside and look around? I have been down 70ft and thought the pressure was pretty intense but would dive the 90ft just to see those ships. Thanks for sharing your wonderful videos.
@helenasmith80035 жыл бұрын
Jeannie woods in freediving we tend to not go fully inside a ship wreck for safety reasons. But if an area has a clear entrance and exit I will swim through it. And yes 90ft does have a different pressure feeling. But through the proper training you can learn how to equalize comfortably :)

@helenasmith80035 жыл бұрын
The areas are listed in the description bar! But gab gab beach (in the beginning) is the only dive sight that you don’t need a boat to access. All the other locations are only accessed via boat or kayaking :)

Thanks for sharing you videos! I would love to dive a sunken ship. How deep are those shipwrecks and how long did you have to hold your breath to actually go inside? I did get to dive inside a sunken boat last year but it was only about 30 feet down and not very big.
@helenasmith80035 жыл бұрын
Jeannie woods these ship wrecks are only about 20 ft deep max and I’m probably holding my breath for about a minute and a half going inside each area (and I swim pretty slow through them)
@jeanniewoods59585 жыл бұрын
@@helenasmith8003 Thanks for answering! That would be so awesome! I would love to visit there some day and dive those shipwrecks!
