jo kenn das mit einer dmu 125 oder einer air one mit hitachi werkzeugen. zuerst ein 50-52D messerkopf mit bis zu 18 meter vorschub bei etwa 2000-25000N dan auf ein 32D bei etwa etwa 1700N bei etwa 12 bis 16 meter vorschub dan mit 16 oder 12D rest rauskratzen und dan auf 16 oder 20 kugel die trenung bei etwa 3 metern weil die rau sein kann und den rest schon lecken. blockirungen sind drin also ein spritzguswerkzeug. denk die verseulung kommt am schluss für die genauigkeit

I would expect to be sacked if I prg this and selected the tooling.Epic fail this is why companies go tits up pure negligence and a very poor understanding of cutting parameters and prg optimization.must have put £1000s on the final unit cost.

dude... look at the fucking diameter and how much he has to mill... a much larger tool would shorthen the production time. Roughing means taking away the most material in the shortest possible time. But what he is doing aint roughing.

The first tool actually forms the islands that protrude and that's why this diameter was probably chosen...so that they won't have to fiddle around forever with the next tool! That's why high feed milling cutters are all the rage, they are more than a roughing tool and closer to semi-finishing!
