As someone who's using rice bucket for training, I suggest you add a few exercises. Dig your fists in and keep rotating them. Then go in opposite direction. Dig your fists in and move them up and down. Then do it sideways. I do 30 seconds for each of those movements. Strive to push hard and you'll really feel it. I can't hold almost anything right after the excercise, but forearms recover fast enough.

Bro push ups only on front two knuckles.. u gonna fk up ur wrists doing this like that.. just go for an hour to a profesional to learn a correct techniques for those excercises before u hurt urself... Angle u hit that tree is also damaging ur wrist.... and perhaps wait with youtube untill u really know what u are doing.. by showing things done incorrectly u take responsibility for whoever tries it and hurts themselves cos u are ingorant... Please dont do that ....

Ive been doing 100 knuckle push ups on the last knuckles and 100 on the first knuckles and knuckel rolls for more than 30 days and my knuckles r strong af now
