Excellent!!! a very detailed video that helps new folks to gain knowledge, I would request Zoho team to do similar detailed videos on other Zoho applications like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People etc for benefit of larger audience.

Were you able to get this figured out? I spent hours today trying to figure it out and had Zoho phone support tell me it’s possible only after showing them their own video. Now I have Zoho email supporting saying it can’t be done after they told me it can. 😂

E-Stamping Option is not showing in trial mode? Is it available now?

Hi. e-Stamping and Aadhaar based eSigning is not offered as a part of trial/free plan. Since additional costs is involved in this, these features are available only in paid plans and in the Indian data center. Can you set rules for fields. For example, if a field is not applicable due to how a previous field is answered by that recipient, can that field be hidden without the requirement of needing to be completed. (Thinking about this in a bulk send, for multiple recipients scenario, where only certain fields would apply to only certain recipients).

Hi Binoy, If you have added the document, recipients and saved it, the document will reflect in the drafts section. Once the document has been sent, you can see the document’s status in the ‘in progress’ till the recipients have signed the document. If the issue still persists, drop a mail along with the request id and screenshot to [email protected]
