Some didn't even jump. Some simply fell out due to the blinding dark conditions inside. It was if they simply walked to the edge and fell off as they were trying to get to safety

I lost my Dad 11 years ago on the 12 of July and my Mum last September. Its changed me in a way i hate . Im angry a lot and go through periods of deep depression. Im lucky i had a good relationship with my parents so feel blessed in this way , both died peacefully, this man and many like him , lost their parents , sisters , brothers , sons , daughters , ants and uncles and friends , in a shocking , violent and very visible way , and that must be so much worse for them . My heart goes out to all families and friends of those that lost that terrible day .

So very sad yet beautiful how this young man talks about his Mother. To lose your Mom so young, in such an evil way is understandably hard to figure out. All those lost on 9/11, innocently going to work that morning, like any other work day, to unkowingly be ripped from this world by the awful terrorists/Devils. Bless this young man and his family for sharing this story. 🙏

Ive had similar experiences waiting tables and working in restaurants in my 20s. We were all a team and came from all backgrounds. I loved it. Its different now. Not as freeing and more stressful.

DEI in schools and workplaces are the new thought police with the ultimate threat of cancellation either of an academic or vocational career. Many people don't want to live in fear of saying the "wrong thing", not wanting to use weird pronouns, or saying something that get's taken out of context and being punished for it. For a better perspective watch this debate kzbin.info/www/bejne/m52qkK2vj96Ua8k

People with PWS don't have a gag reflex, so they won't be sick if they ate too much. They also don't feel pain like non-PWS people, so if they had a gastric band and overate, then the stomach band bursts and PWS sufferers wouldn't know it had burst.

Interesting - my guess is NC is leaning Republican with Trump having some coattails
@Jilla0559Ай бұрын
State House and Congressional races in NC are severely Gerrymandered to Republicans That’s why the Voters elect a Democrat as Governor ! Mark Robinson is a antisemitic , woman hater and controller who doesn’t think women should vote - WE will - against him!

It's a good question. Both parties like their slate of candidates and most of the races, on the ballot, are very close.

I’d really like to know how DEI works. Lowering necessary standards for the sake of hiring a diverse group of ppl doesn’t make sense; but what does make sense is recognizing and discouraging useless policies, and cookie cutter, American apple pie expectations, that historically shuts out ppl who aren’t white. My problem with diversity hiring programs is that it recognizes the spaces where qualified ppl who aren’t white, have difficulty finding jobs, but it seeks to change this at the level of the hiring manager. It fails to address the pervasive perception of incompetence and inferiority amongst non-white ppl, particularly black Americans and these programs ask these same ppl who don’t see a problem with only or mostly hiring other white ppl, to change their views. The bottom line is that ppl who harbor prejudice inclination will not stop doing so, and their sensibilities are gravely offended when they are made to realize their error. This isn’t practical. The change has to occur among the general populous. Black ppl have to better prep their students for success. Make the ppl who are practicing racism force the bar to be risen higher and higher, if anything, to keep black ppl out, not lowered so as to make us public spectacles so we don’t stay in if we get in bc we weren’t qualified and built up to last, and in the time wasted in those positions, lose educational time and opportunities to earn qualification and be competitive.

I'm not sure it is a black issue... ... everybody must be aware of this, not just black folks. What is a black issue could be more the fact that NC Republicans are trying to have all masks banned except for the mask included in the KKK outfit or any sectarian mask. The halloween masks will also be authorized. It should be the next episode I think... 🤔
