Beautiful! Thank you. 💕I will listen to it again. “He will remove all faith that you have placed in pain, disaster, suffering and loss.” Over many decades, I have read in spiritual books something along the line of in suffering one grows spiritually. I never questioned it until now. That is another false belief? See, I am still doubting. “You will no longer doubt that only good can come to you who are beloved of God…” That is so soothing and it also tells me that I still have illusions deep within, wherever that is.

Thank you everyone!💕 Can I make a suggestion? When each one read their favourite section of the lesson, could they mention the paragraph number before they start reading? I end up spending time searching for it instead of focusing on listening. Seeing the words as they read, helps me retain it a little better.😊

I just read this. THE BASIS OF THE DREAMS “Dreams are perceptual temper tantrums, in which you literally scream, “I want it thus!” “All your time is spent in dreaming. Your sleeping and your waking dreams have different forms, and that is all. Their content is the same. They are your protest against reality, and your fixed and insane idea that you can change it.” So we are adults having tantrums lifetimes after lifetimes.🤭

Thank you everyone!💕 What a relief it will be when we wake up and understand that what we thought we saw was never there. Insane is correct. But while I am still asleep, I was thinking how selfish it was of me to have had five children. We both thought that we could have a close-knit family, since it had not been the case for both of our own families. The joke is on us. If only I had known how much they would struggle here…. But I have read that we choose our parents. If it is true, it does make me feel better. “Let me perceive forgiveness as it is.🙏🏻Would I accuse myself of doing this? I will not lay this chain upon myself.” May we all come across lots of light bulb moments during our readings. That would be awesome not to have to return to the lessons, having finally understood them completely.🙏🏻 Thank you Cole!😊 To remembering that we are already in heaven!

Thank you Cole.😊 How long did it take you to create the music for your videos? What are the instruments we hear? Is it done electronically? I am not sure if that is the word I am looking for. I am not a musician. In school, I chose to play the clarinet. I never learned to read notes. I just played by ear. My dad sang country music and played guitar. As a child, his gathering with friends in the evening gave me nightmares for years. I am guessing it was the stumping of feet.😊

I am musician and play guitar. Here are some things I recorded. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHWWY5p6rtulnqMsi=LIzaDgXrZT_VbOio It took me maybe an hour to make that music but I took the background from someone else and play guitar over it. Water sound is from a creek near by and some local birds sounds. …. And there it is.

Its real,…. This is from lesson 47. Par 7; In the latter phase of the practice period, try to reach down into your mind to a place of real safety. You will recognize that you have reached it if you feel a sense of deep peace, however briefly. Let go all the trivial things that churn and bubble on the surface of your mind, and reach down and below them to the Kingdom of Heaven. There is a place in you where there is perfect peace. There is a place in you where nothing is impossible. There is a place in you where the strength of God abides. It can be scary but really there is nothing to fear. It all you down for here. Fear of feeling and ultimately fear of God (for no good reason 😊)

When I walked back, I noticed a woman ahead of me. She was standing still, facing a tree. She slowly returned to her leisure walk, lifting up her arms midway as if embracing this moment in nature. Then she walked to a tree filled with blooming flowers and took the time to smell one. As I was coming right beside her, she turned to me and smiling, she said:”Jesus loves you.” It through me off for a second but I quickly recovered, smiled back, said thanks and told her Jesus loves you too. It’s more like how I or we see it. Look at something with your mind and yes and then look at the same thing with your heart. And if you want to feel similarly look at everything with your Will / feeling self. It’s all highly intelligent down there but in a different way to thinking. Feel thinks and more you do more your Will/ feeling self begins to be used. Spent more time away from thinking and more in sensing. To feel the love of God within (lesson 189) feelings need to be free to flow and ooze their delicious vibrant light. It this world it’s all mind. But in Queendom/will it’s all liquid, flowing, lush. That’s why we spent time in silence and slow repetitions so we feel every word till it becomes flash/ a deeply moving experience. If you run into feelings that are not so nice; practice forgiveness on them. Talk to them,.. accept them,.. tell them how it is to live with them,..ask their forgiveness,.. forgive yourself for denying them their function. Release judgements you hold against them. Apply Acim lessons to them. Kiss them. Nurture them to health if they feel terrible. Bless them. At one with them. Atonement/At-one-meant is exactly that. Unite with them. Love them. Just like princes n d frog. They are divine. Without them you can’t feel the love of God within you. That’s all I do. Once healed you get pass them to your Virgin feelings and those will birth the Christ in you. Virgin birth. A course of love will help you with that more than anything. For now the mind training of Acim is awesome.

It means letting our eternal oneness in God come back to my awareness. If I am focusing on separation, on differences, on bodies, I am choosing to focus on hell. I am choosing to focus on nothing.” There were lots of sentences where I went:”Jesus, what are you saying?”😊But now, I don’t get frustrated and simply embrace what resonates with me. Thank you Cole!👏

Wow that’s a pretty good almost Acim like answer right there from AI. Heaven is an experience of an unspeakable nature,… beyond what can be imagined. It’s good to look at all the ideas we have of Heaven and let them go to open space for the TRUTH of what Heaven is be revealed. All the main words like what is God or Love or Holy Spirit or salvation or at-one-ment or Jesus become brand new things/experience when we let go and allow truth to show us what they are rather than rely on human interpretations or our own often childish perceptions of the meaning.

I love this lesson. Thank you Cole.😊 The body should not feel at all! I like the sound of that. “The body should not feel at all. If you have been successful, there will be no sense of feeling ill or feeling well, or pain or pleasure. No response at all is in the mind to what the body does. Its usefulness remains and nothing more.” Talking about not feeling. A few days ago, during a meditation, I wanted to truly forgive someone. I started by reviewing his “wrong doings and then mine. Then I forgave his and my “wrong doings”. Next, I allowed myself to feel love and shared it with him. IT WORKED! I am so surprised. I feel nothing. I tested it and brought that person to my mine. I did not even have the usual eye roll. Totally unfazed. Talk about looking at something with neutrality. And there’s even an important matter that is still unresolved with that person. This is amazing. I feel empowered.👏 Thank you for God and all His Teachers!👏

Sickness is not an accident. Sickness is a decision. Sickness is a defense against the truth. It is a choice I made. Say what! Even all the annoying body pains that we get as we age? Cause I have been in denial of those pains. I am also in denial of my auto immune disorder. I have been blaming it on stress and junk food. I am getting better at not getting too frustrated when I don’t fully understand part of the text. I slowly read it again later. Oftentimes , a few more times throughout the day. It does help. And if I still don’t get it, I know that the same topic will be presented differently in future lessons.👍 Thank you everyone!😊
