It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

These guys are crooks. There are many other ethical CRM software companies out there. Do not utilize these guys. One of our locations has DSL which isn’t the fastest. I made them aware of that. THEY logged into our system and said their software would work. After our company handed over thousands of dollars, they set our system up. Low and behold the system would not work with our internet speed. We told them immediately this isn’t going to work we need to cancel. They said tough and kept the thousands of dollars. Then a year later tried to send another bill! Unbelievable!
