I have been following this for the past 4 days, it's impressive that i can feel the difference and the strength this one gave is massive🎉🎉 Lots of love ❤ Are you looking for the updates??😁 Yeah its my 10 th day of doing this exercise, i can feel and see the results. I also do 5/6 min warm up exercise before this one.

I'm just starting, I'm trying to get fit. my mindset just tomorrow later tomorrow later 😂 I'm 185cm and 116kg January last year, i just lost almost 11kg in july😂. but my breath is lighter, i can do the same amount of work but not that tired as before, but in august i injured my back coz i do solo workout, i go to therapy rest 3 month with just light exercise in the 3rd month. just eat once a day, December i checed, it raises to 110kg again. it bounced 😂 usually I'm just jogging, around 40-60minutes with less than a hundred squat and push-up, and i found you through the Shorts Ads around a week ago, you Korean channel, idk you have two channels and i try this one, part 18 i almost passed out 😂😂😂 thankyou, I'm more motivated now. I'm mad at myself coz im this weak. I'll work out more. i really thankful to you. i really am
