I find many issues using the loop in this script. Much better control is to not use the loop, extract a sub curve and divide the sub curve to the set amount of panels desired. The loop adds extra complexity which is not required

Good fun following this - thank goodness for the pause button! Beware of the order of joining curves at 5:00 - must be same as video or later operations fail. The 'Fast Loop' stuff is from Anemone plugin and the Remove Duplicate Lines is from Kangaroo2.
