No. You need a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology to give GATE CSE (COMPUTER SCIENCE) Exam.

If you enroll in the course you will get all the recorded classes that you have missed along with notes . You will also get mock tests in the coming months as a part of this course.

So, if you haven't studied any of the History of English Literature books before (i.e. you are a beginner) then go for William J Long and after completing this book start with The Routledge history of Literature in English: Britain and Ireland for the net exam (as it is a more advanced book).

Yes ap CUET PG English k liye eligible hai. But is exam k baad apko apni university select krne mei check Krna hoga ki kaun si university mei ba English (Non-English background students) ko allow krte hai ma Eng krne k liye. Baki aap ye exam Aram se de skte hai, bhot si university mei graduation mei English hona ab masters krne k liye compulsory nahi hai.

I actually don't know about the History of English Literature by Bhim Singh Dahiya, so I can't comment on that. But I do believe if you are comfortable reading that book (you understand it well) then you can read it thoroughly and it shall help you develop the understanding about the topic .

Some universities require a bachelor degree (hons), some require English as a subject in bachelors (all 3/4 years) , some just require English as a subject in your bachelor degree (no specific requirements of years), and some even don't ask for English in bachelors at all. So it all basically depends on the university of your choice.
