Man canada have nice place to ride and why you should ride with other people
@NBADVEnduro20 күн бұрын
Yeah, he was not getting out of that by himself for sure. The weekend before I went by myself at the same location and it was colder.. The ice was thicker and I had to create waves to break the ice so I could go through but my go pro locked up and I loss the footage. It's definitely risky going out by yourself but I love to ride.. We do have nice trails.. The provincial and local governments are cooperating and making it possible to get to the trails via transit with the ATVs. We can take certain streets and roads to get to the trails legally as long as you are registered and insured.

Having a low maintenance motorcycle means less down time for more riding and all at a lover cost. Love my KLR 650 for exacly those reasons. Yes power is great but it comes at a cost and you dont meed power to enjoy the great trails an scenary we have. The KLX 300 is a nimble lightweight motorcycle perfect for the trails. Great to see Mark back in the trails.

I owned Raptors since 02 and went to the 700 Grizzly's when I went from riding the dunes to the woods. I have a 23 Max 850 and I call it the Raptor of the 4x4 world. So smooth and tons of power. Turn the engine braking to min and put it in sport mode and it is a rocket. Just be careful the brakes are terrible.

I know I missed the rear seat going from a max to this same machine, it was comfy for chilling at trail breaks and stuff...because this is the longer chassis, the rear seat will click right on if you remove a little plastic tab. I was really happy to get the seat back lol

Yeah, I bought the seat as well. I put it on when the missus wants to go for a ride. It's also a good thing to have if someone breaks down and needs a lift.

Towing against the gears in a winch can break it
@NBADVEnduro11 ай бұрын
Not sure what you mean by towing against the gears.
@Williamxmr11 ай бұрын
@NBADVEnduro when you pull on the winch line by driving. If you're going to pull someone out use a tow strap or snatch rope attached to an anchor point. If you use the winch line use the button to reel it in. Towing with the winch line yanks against the internal gears and ruins the winch.
