I'm currently doing an engine rebuild. What intercooler are you running? In my research, there's so many options. Tube/Fin or bar/plate. On ko3s, some recommend staying 2" hot side / 2.25" cold side. Others recommend 2.5" all the way.. Then, intercooler with one/same side or pass through. As for size of intercooler, some recommend the biggest you can fit. Or standard Ebay kit. Thanks for posting you videos, really enjoy them...

thanks i need to post more often i just changed my timing belt and water pump. but as far as the intercooler my car same with an oversized side mount i just added some gplus silicone boost pipes

what is your repro?. i have a jetta 1.8 turbo but it had a stage 2 custom repro, but the truth was not the best and i left the original (stock). my jetta does not increase 15 PSI, but the pcv is not completely sealed, do you think that is the reason that it does not increase 15 PSI?

It depends on what you tune is supposed to run after I deleted my sai and emissions I would spike at 18psi then I I added 2 helper springs to my wastegate and spiked at 22.5psi

@@Mk4_drilla I also removed the sai system, but left the n249, which I am thinking that possibly there is a leak, and where it is safe in the pcv hoses.
