It's happened to me too with the HOt toys Moon Knight figure. Have you thought about reporting their scam to the Hong Kong police? I think I'll do it and all of us who've been scammed by that company should do it.

@@gianoronce9859 tbh, i am rather new to this and my oldest silicone figure is 3 years old. I just do the basics like not bend it in extreme angles (where youd feel the metal skeleton push against the silicone), while keeping it in a humidity and temperature controlled room.

@@ethanhutchison7301 while i would agree that its not really a 1:1 copy and is different enough ... i would disagree that it is better. However, it does have a better software.

@j-hope7842 i think its the other way around. There have been too many complaints with the ulx quality issues. I got lucky with mine. The main difference i can feel is that the final mouse is more "plastic" while the beast x is "metal" ... both are light though.

I bought a hot toys Amazing Spiderman 2 figure from them when it was in stock and got it……somehow. However I also pre-ordered both the hot toys Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 figures and never got them, but luckily I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back from those crooks.

Great video and even if its an older video. It was superb my friend 👌Look. I just got it because when it came out, I was relented in getting anything from the garbage of the sequel trilogy. However, it was Carrie Fisher's last performance in any movie, and I loved her as an actress and what she brought to Star Wars as a pioneer strong leading lady in the original trilogy. However, I swore I'd never get anything of Episode 7, 8 or 9. Well I got it and the likeness is there of Carrie. Hot Toys cut back in the wrinkles and preserved a young face for this figure. For those who hated the Disney Last Jedi or any of the Disney sequel trilogy, you are all right. It was a joke and a waste of 3, but Carrie Fisher is still epic. Now what I did, modified her with her own lightsaber going off novel book of 1993, The Dark Empire. I remember reading it in college and loved it. So I have made her now hold that particular Dark Empire book and 10,000 year old lightsaber with cyber crystal ruby violet red, Leia was given by Vima-Da-Boda. Nevertheless, get this figure from Hot Toys and make it your own, you will not regret it and you ate also keeping a piece of history as an homage to Leia's last appearance in Star Wars. I love mine very much👍

It's just a spin on his original getup. 6:27 He has a black undershirt/buttondown under his black outer jacket on the original (they just made it blue/denim here to better distinguish it I guess). He always had 3 layers of clothing.

I ordered two figures from them back in the Summer of 2022. Never got the figures. I got a refund in the form of store credit which I used to purchase a couple of "in stock" items about six months ago. They gave me bogus tracking numbers that never moved. I still haven't received the supposed "in stock" items and they just ignore my emails. It seems to be a pattern happening to a lot of people. You're right. Total scam.

The missile piece is not articulated and it’s the same design as the original mark 7’s. Apart from this, the figure looks good

This is exactly why I’m not a proponent of the die cast gimmick when the majority of the figure is plastic. There are some core components that should be die cast in order to deliver a better quality product but are not. Might as well make it all plastic and lower the price since it’s going to break eventually. -Great video btw

Friendly tip to remove the neck armor: (with the helmet off) grab the figure at the torso from behind. Then place your thumb in the back of the neck and press forward at a 45 degree angle 📐. It will pop right off. I also agree with you the gantry looks really plastic-y. Doesn’t have much visual depth to it. However even though they exaggerate his expression, overall I think it looks good. Thanks for the review.

Are the arm removable on this figure? Can you swap them out for the Infinity War arms for instance?

However, this figure is really old and i am afraid to remove its arms because the plastic might have degraded and i would end up breaking the OG arms. However, if they re-release this in premium format and i can get a slot, i would definitely risk swapping the arms!

I have this exact figure. I also bought it at KB back in the day. But I had the foresight to buy two of them mainly because I’ve always been an army builder and they both broke taking it out of the package. I’ve been scouring the Internet for the last 20 years to try to find pictures and videos, just so I can know how to put this thing together correctly
