That's great for a developer, but how do I give the completed project to a user? Do they copy the Setup folder to their machine and then click on the Setup.isl file?

So if i want to publish my project on other users computer, do i have to install VB 2012 software on the other users pc before i copy my project solution and open the installshield Setup on their pcs'? In the cutscene you are running setup via Visual Studio. Is there any way to get the installer file?
