If you don't have Legion, you can still replace it with another card. for war machine, a very important card in this deck..

I think you need viper to make your opponent stuck with Ebony or Electro. I'd suggest try carnage to kill the electro if you dont get war machine soon or beast to bounce it back.

I've been grinding with tribunal for the past few days up to 4k and he feels super broken. The deck you're using looks fantastic but I personally used klaw over blue marvel, Wave over psylocke, and lad instead of mr negative. I have to give your deck a try it looks fun.
