2 Generation former WWCGer, Had some great times growing up in WWCG in the Twin Cities. It was a bit cultish but had it's good qualities. Sure put a good foundation in me as I still observe all the Commandments and Feast Days with emphasis on Yeshua/Jesus

Was in it from age 14 (1981) to age 30 (1997). I miss the fellowship and the honest people, but I don’t miss the guilt, fear and judgment. After turning 18 I began attending singles activities and oh boy how very extremely picky picky picky people were plus the cliques that were very hard to break into. I remember meeting at least two women I liked a lot and thought I could fall in love with, but both of them got married in the 90’s. 57 and never married.

Recently was thinking about the books of the Bible song and couldn’t for the life of me figure out how some of these names fit in a melody. They don’t, pretty much just shoehorned in. My congregation omitted the “oh yeahhh” because they said it was too worldly.

Was raised in that craziness. Always being told how and what to do. So glad I found God away from that cult. They think they'll be the only ones saved 😂

yup, remember the Feast well. graduate of Imperial High School Pasadena, 1970 Aaron Dean who became HWA's aid, was a classmate.Mark Armstrong, Garner Ted's son, attended there at that time too.

The song in the background is "Unless The Lord Shall Build The House." I quit at the end of 1991 (it was actually my New Year's resolution for 1992) but I got my hands on one of the purple songbooks.
