The rivers are great for dogs! I took my old dog all over. To all the rivers and swimming holes. The algae blooms happen in Vancouver Lake. You do not need to go swimming there. Stick to the rivers and you and your dog will be great!

As a battle ground boy. I agree a lil bit, its not as lively but, recently its been getting traction which is nice. I wish we had a night club kinda. Its becoming more diverse And the people are relatively nice. No matter what your lifestyle is, Theres love. People be holdin doors open for people 🤷🏽♂️😂, lewisville river is AWESOME but you want a real fun time ? Go to lucia falls or day break wit the fam or friends! . Explore the backroads. Ghost hunt 👀 for the lands in which this sits. I believe we still dont know where chief umtuchs grave is but, its best not to disturb that. It kinda feels like a curse a lil bit but , aside from that ? Yeah. Its aight 🤷🏽♂️ not a lot of stuff to do but, people be outside ! We recently got a lil food truck spot which is dope. The worst part is the traffic though because of the influx of people. Growin up we had bout 8-9000 population where as now, its about 22k and the roads aint built for dat 😂. A lot of stuffs getting remodeled rn too. We got a skate park, when that went in BOYYY TOWN WAS FULL!! Skate events, car shows happen every now and again, town fair, markets. If you drive far enough, theres a really cool spot called alderbrook park 😉 you’re welcome for that! They used to have lemonade in the water fountains when i was a kid and that blew my mind !!

Hey thanks so much for making this video! Me and my family are about to move to Vancouver from Austin TX. One of the things I know we will miss is all the great natural swimming areas there so this is super exciting we get to try out all of these new places near Vancouver! *Cheers*

I have seen some deals in Camas. In certain areas, but smaller, older houses. But for the most part, Camas is going to be more coveted, expensive and competitive to buy a house in compared to Vancouver

I think Spokane is better in alot of ways. Ive lived in Seattle, Olympia, Portland and other area's in the northwest. The congestion and traffic and crime are 10 times worse on the i 5 corridor.the western cascades are so beautiful though. Mt Rainer area is epic.olympia has the best culture.

I could see all of that. The entire area is pretty amazing. But I bet Spokane has less traffic than the I5 corridor. And people who move to Spokane I feel end up diving further distances though

Interesting video. Minute 5 chart to me was helpful. I'm not in the market, but find the Vancouver market very intriguing. You've got high end neighborhoods that never sold for more than 500k with homes well over $800k for sale now. These homes were purchased for half that within the last 4 years. Couple of homes I check on have already cut tens of thousands of dollars, every few days.

it is definitely an interesting market. There are pockets in the market that are all over the place. High end homes blocks away from lower end. I am glad this was helpful and interesting for you.

The homeless are an issue, and especially in the downtown area. But that is happening in every city. And the city is working on it. There are plenty of areas around town that do not have a homeless issue.

Year after year this is the busiest time of the year. May-August. Sales always go up. Even With interest rates. People will still be moving

Wow, 40% increase in inventory and pending sales negative, seems like prices will start going down again, let’s wait and see, not a good time to buy when the fed will still hike interest rates

It’s an increase compared to last month. But compared to last year we are down almost 40%. There are ways to get a lower rate than what is advertised
