Hi Sir, I got both cognizant cis service desk engineer trainee and Cisco Software engineer trainee apprenticeship. And I accepted DOJ and ready to join Cognizant on 18th. In cisco I've reached Provisional Degree uploading step after Interview still need to receive LOI,offer and joining. At this stage for Cisco it will take minimum two months. Cognizant's engineer trainee CIS service desk has 1 year probation period. Can I leave cognizant in middle without notice period as I will be in probation?

I got my OL in March 2024, and now it's showing ILP eligible with an option for a background check. Can I fill out that form after my ILP schedule, or should I do it before? Also, my present and permanent addresses aren't the same, and I don't have proof of my present address as I live in a PG. What should I do now?
